All Your Meal Problems Are Solved

Once every 6 months or so I pick up a "muscle mag". Why? I really don't know. It's always the exact same articles and information but just packaged a little differently and of course a gazillion billion ads. Half the articles ARE ads. "I got to be 350 lbs with 4% body fat by using nothing but blah blah blah." Right...

Anyways, one of the articles was about 149lb guy trying to get in shape after, well, basically doing nothing his whole life. One of his trainers mentioned 5 Squares as the easiest way to get good proper nutrition with actually REALLY well prepared and REALLY good tasting stuff. So of course I had to look them up...

So what 5 Squares does is find out what you want and need nutritionally, prepare foods based on those guidelines and deliver them to your front door, every morning before 6am in an insulated bag. All you have to do is pop them in the microwave and you're good to go. 5 perfectly balanced meals giving you everything you need and are based on your wants, needs, likes etc... and they only use healthy ingredients, no wheat , no sugar, no preservatives, no additives...

So you are a vegetarian... no problem... you're a bodybuilder needing lots of calories... no problem.... you're dieting hardcore and need low but balanced calories... no problem... you're on Atkins... no problem... you hate eggs... no problem... you're allergic to nuts... no problem... Whatever you need or want they will custom create a menu for you.

Here's a few examples of their Dinner's (remember they would base it on YOU)
• Oatmeal and almond crusted pork tenderloin with baked apples and broccolini.
• Veal, pepper, and onion stew served over brown rice in a light tomato sauce.
• Sesame crusted seared scallops served with sugar-snap peas and sliced seasoned red potatoes.
• Filet mignon served rare with mushrooms and thinly cut French fries.
• Chicken Piccata - tender chicken pounded and coated in an egg white batter with a zesty fresh lemon and caper finish; served with steamed asparagus and barley-wild rice risotto.
• Marinated fajita steak served with broccoli rabe and baked sweet potato.
• Traditional paella with saffron brown rice, tender piece of chicken, peas, olives, capers, chicken sausage and shrimp.
• Chilean sea bass seasoned with fresh mint and lemon zest served with zucchini, shallots, and asparagus spears.

I don't even like half that shit, but it sounds awesome the way they have it prepared!

This isn't really a new idea. For the general public it kind of is, but professional athletes have used services like this for years. I mean really do you think single basketball players are out there eating Big Macs everyday? Or cooking their own food? Most have a fridge full of these perfectly balanced, custom created, gourmet dishes that they just have to nuke up at anytime.

Only 2 problems with this... first, it's about $8 a meal, or roughly $40 a day or $280 a week. Kinda rich for the average Joe... but it is custom, real gourmet food, delivered to your door and only things you like. I imagine most people would be shocked how much they spend daily on food anyway if they were to add up EVERYTHING they eat and drink in a week. (Not saying it would be this much, but it would shock you) and the second problem is ... they don't believe in Canada. DAMN

Gratuitous Hot Chick
Wait... I did find a company in Canada that will deliver to your door.... I shit you not... I give you.... the Beer Guy.ca (only in Canada) Man, that's some funny shit... how Canadian is that!
