Fit Celebrities Are Full Of Crap....

I've had it... Celebrities pretending they don't work out and yet walking around with 6 pack abs... They are so full of shit! Not only are they full of shit, they are full of DOUBLE SHIT because they go out and do commercials for Coke, McDonald's, Doritos etc and give the public the idea that they actually eat this stuff... People also assume that these folks have tons of money so they eat and do whatever the fuck they want.... wrong... they work hard everyday to look like they do.

Here's the truth about some of your favorite celebrities and their workouts gather from all over the place and from years of interviews....

Jessica Simpson- Would appear to be a bimbo who does nothing.... Actually struggles with her body image a lot. Has done Atkins to the extreme where the long term lack of carbs was messing with her head (Sounds like she wasn't really doing it correctly) and when she was filming the Dukes Of Hazzard she was spending at least 2 hours in the gym everyday and an hour of that just on a treadmill jogging/running.

Brad Pitt- Would appear to be the ideal millionaire slacker, traveling the world, smoking, drinking and getting high, looking like Grizzly Adams between movies.... Actually Brad works out 5 days a week and has for as long as he's been on screen. For Troy he stepped that up the intensity and calories, he really knew what he was doing and put on size. His diet is so health conscious he usually checks into hotels under the name Brice or B Rice. (Short for "Brown rice") (BTW- I think Pitt is an awesome actor and cool guy, nice girl friend too)

Jessica Alba- Would appear to be hot, and she is... She admits to having been on a strict diet since the age of 12. Her workouts are also VERY intense. Everyday she does 15 minutes on a treadmill followed by a quick circuit workout while her heart rate stays high, then it's back on the treadmill for 10 minutes, back to the circuit workout back on the treadmill etc. (You get the idea) No rests, no breathers, just run, lift, run, lift, run, lift etc for an hour. INTENSE



Usher- OK, so he's not as bad as some hip hop/ rap artists, he doesn't pretend he does nothing all day... He dedicates a lot of time to working out. A usual day consists of 1,000 crunches, 45 minutes of cardio and then some basic exercises like push ups, dips and pull ups. He is also VERY strict with his diet. Fish, chicken breast and broccoli with the odd sweet potato is what he eats everyday.

Carmen Electra- Would appear to be HOT (Oh yea!) ... OK, so I couldn't find specifics on her diet and exercise program, although she mentions working out and dieting everyday, but what I found interesting is her self body image is so poor there are times she is so disgusted with herself she won't let her super cool husband (Dave Navarro) touch her at all. That's fucked up!

Jack Osbourne- Would appear to be a spoiled, drug addicted brat who has suddenly lost a lot of weight... To say extreme with his diet and workout would be an understatement... First there are mysterious "diet pills" he refers to but doesn't name, the 45 minute run first thing in the morning, the 2 sessions of 4 hours of rock climbing and eating basically nothing. So he's working out close to 9 hours a day, eating next to nothing and taking pills, sounds like he's just replaced one addiction with an other.

Sly Stallone- Would appear to be a great example of someone who does work hard, gets results, looks great etc... Sly rocks, and has learned a lot over his career and his workouts... but there was a time when he did things far from smart. A great example would be the nothing but tuna and coffee diet he put himself on for Rambo 3. Basically MONTHS of nothing but cans of plain tuna and pots of coffee. He looked great, but his body and mind were breaking down the whole time they were shooting. He's learned a lot and works out and diets much smarter now.... Sly rocks

I'M NOT SAYING ANY OF THESE ARE GOOD PLANS, and I'm not advocating them some are OK and some are stupid as hell.... But it's interesting to see what extreme ends these folks will go to in order to look the way they do. If you had a buddy who was doing any of these workout/diet plans you'd call them a fitness nut and maybe tell them they needed professional help, but for the most part celebs pretend it's no big deal.

I guess it's pressure from society.... The majority of people are fat and lazy. They want to believe things come easy and that some people just have "good genes" or are "naturally thin". I just wish, especially in these times we are living in, where fat people are the majority, that celebrities would take pride in their hard work to be fit and maybe inspire a few others to get off the couch..... but then again, who's gonna watch their movies if everyone is outside being active?

But let's face facts, someone like Jessica Alba or Jessica Simpson take anywhere from an hour and a half to three hours, everyday to get ready, dressed to workout, to actually exercise and then to get cleaned up afterwards and watches everything they put in her mouths everyday. That is commitment!

Besides...... I just needed something to go on about today....
