American Idol - Part 959554
OK, I could go on about being happy Kevin is gone or how insane people on the American Idol message boards are... I really have to hold back from going on about that one, I've been lurking there out of interest and the people there are CRAZY.... voting based on religion, actually hating contestants.. it's just crazy.... anyway I thought I would just post something light.
My wife asked what next weeks' theme was going to be... Of course I had no clue and that's what I told her. Which got her thinking of silly possibilities. She can be as off the wall as I can with her sense of humour. After a bit she thought it should be children's songs. My sister in law helped with these children's song choices for the contestants as well... Here goes...
Lisa Tucker- 5 Little Specked Frogs- Not really a stand out children's song, kind of middle of the road and boring actually
Taylor Hicks- If You Are Happy and You Know It- No explanation necessary
Paris- The Hokey Pokey- Done in true 40's style but just a little over the top
Katherine McPhee- The Cat Came Back- Done all sexy and hot... I think I'm buy the video
Kellie Pickler- The ABC Alphabet Song- We had to keep it simple for Kellie with her IQ being so low. "What's a ballsy?"
Ace- Hot Crossed Buns- Just to keep the rumours going
Mandisa- Twinkle Twinkie Little Star- Just belting out that last note
Elliot Yamin- The Farmer In The Dell- Guy's got a great voice, he just need to find his niche
Bucky Covington- There's a Hole In The Bucket- This needs no explaining. Well, maybe Chris can explain it to Kellie
Kevin- How Much is that Doggie in the Window/Skip to My Lou medley- Hearing and singing these songs seems just like yesterday somehow to Kevin
Gideon- Michael Row the Boat Ashore- All smiles for Micheal
Chris Daughtry- Itsy Bitsy Spider- A moody, rocked up version to close the show with all the American Idol light show going crazy. (Ever notice no one gets any light show but Chris?)
