Ramble # 3691

Howdy... not much going on today, but I thought I'd share a few weird and wonderful things from the net.

First is YouTube. Man, there is EVERYTHING you could want to watch in there. Search your favorite band etc and all their videos are there, there's home videos... just a cool place to kick around and see what weird stuff you find....

Speaking of which....

I think I have found the worst music video EVER made! Why this guy is HUGE in Germany I just can't understand... Just thinking about the fact that he's a singing star over there makes me want to pack up my guitar and head over there right now. I mean, if he can make it there, I'd be the next Elvis in Germany! I'd be bigger than the Beatles!

OK, OK... So you want to see the worst video ever made? Here' s the link... HERE... It's David Hasselhoff singing "Hooked On A feeling". If the singing isn't bad enough the video is just unbelievable.... You just have to see it for yourself. Honestly, watch it... It will change your life. (You will be forever grateful you are not David Hasselhoff or even related to David Hasselhoff) If you have ANY musical taste at all, be prepared for a shock!

In other Hollywood news... Legends... Icons... and now complete whores... KISS.... have come out with yet another idea to milk their fans for all the money they can get. The action dolls, comic books, credit cards, reissues, box sets, DVDs, tours, coins, reunion tours, final tours, and KISS Coffins weren't enough... now they are opening a KISS COFFEEHOUSE. (This is straight form kissonline.com) It's getting sad really....

There has actually been speculation, rumours and it has even been mentioned by management once, that KISS could continue after ALL the original guys have retired. On the latest tour there is a different guy wearing Ace's make up and a different guy wearing Peter's make up, what's to stop them from having someone else "play" the Demon or the Star Child in 10 years when Gene and Paul decide to stop touring? Gene will do anything for a buck, why not have someone else do his role on stage while he can stay at home and collect the cash. (Or maybe serve the coffee?)

As well, be warned guys... If I loose next comp I think it will be one of two things... Continuous skipping rope (cause I suck at it so bad and want to get better) or hangs. Hangs? What do you mean. Well, I read the other day that 95% of the world can't just simply hang for more than 45 seconds. Sounds simple? Well, try it. Grab a bar like you are about to do a pull up and just hang. It's harder than you think and a great forearm/grip exercise. I tried it today and got to 60 seconds before my grip just let go.
